Vantage Advanced Shipping Management (ASM) efficiently manages the logistics of the shipping process for more streamlined inventories and better warehouse management. It tightly integrates your carriers’ tracking systems with your Vantage solution. Linking order processing and customer service logistics, you can reduce shipping errors while giving your customers accurate and timely information about the status of their shipment. In addition, you can also manage your customers’ and carriers’ labeling and packaging requirements. Advanced Shipping Management is compliant with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. It is flexible enough to include your primary carrier information for accurate freight billing and final shipment calculations, and even prints your documentation - including international shipments. Advanced Shipping Management integrates with Vantage Accounts Receivable to directly bill your customer for shipping charges. Alternatively, you can choose to bill the shipment to your customer’s account or a third party.

RF DEVICES Paperless picking via radio frequency devices. Compatible with any terminal emulation RF devices such as VT220.

AUTOMATED PAPERWORK Print carton labels, packing lists, manifests, and international documents. Compatible with Zebra (ZPLII), Eltron (EPL2)and standard carrier supplied hardware. Custom labeling available per customer specifications.

COMMON CARRIER INTEGRATION Integrated to UPS rating and FedEx Ship Manager Server to automate rate, routing and labeling.

ONE-STOP CHECKOUT Whether using paper pick tickets or RF device integration, rate calculations, documentation and managing of shipments from multiple carriers is done from a single checkout station.

MULTIPLE CHECKOUTS Additional checkouts promote logical workflow in shipping.

PICKING MANAGEMENT Pulling orders to be picked is easy with ASM. Specify standard or custom picking requirements for easier management of open orders.

BACKORDER MANAGEMENT Manage backorders proactively for improved customer service.

“HOT SORT” FUNCTIONALITY Easily view and select orders for shipping.

QUEUE MANAGEMENT Orders that have been selected for processing are viewable on a shipping queue to further manage the picking process.

SHIPPING CONTROL Track current shipping load as well as orders throughout the shipping process.

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL MANAGEMENT Hazardous material limitations are controlled, requiring the user to start a new container when the hazardous material limit has been met.

CUSTOM CARRIERS Add your own local or specialized carriers with their rate tables.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION Advanced Shipping Management can create international shipping documents including: Commercial Invoice and Shipper's Export Declaration. In addition, with FedEx, the Certificate of Origin and specific product documentation can be customized to meet your needs.
